The Dunedin Gateway design was our development team’s response to an RFP for a city owned, triangular site. The site sits at the apex of the eastern entrance to downtown Dunedin. We were selected for the team following completion of a downtown architectural code for this historic town. A central two-story parking garage with pool on top is wrapped on all sides with ground floor retail and two stories of residences. A variety of arcades shade restaurants and a market while balconies and terraces above provide residents with a comfortable perch to view strollers below.
