Cooper Johnson Smith Architects & Town Planners is dedicated to the creation of environments that are both innovative and timeless, and that provide a meaningful sense of place.  Our work endeavors to reunite architecture with the art of town-making. Our vision for individual buildings draws upon our principles of urbanism, including our responsibility to be stewards of the natural environment. We strive to create built environments that nurture the human spirit and provide the opportunity for a rich and meaningful civic life. It is our mission to participate in the reconstruction of the traditional city and its landscape.
