Situated on the waterfront of Clearwater Harbor in Clearwater Beach, Florida, this neo-traditional home uses a subtle variety of materials to create a rich blend of coastal architecture unique in its own rite yet draws upon the timeless traditions of the past. A two-story porch element marks the main entrance to this residence which sits in the forecourt of the "H" floor plan. The "H" plan consists of a main body of two-stories and one-story wings flanking it on either side. The wings extend outward in both directions to form two courtyards, one in front and the other in back.
