Located on the shore of Tampa Bay in southern Hillsborough County, Florida, this new waterfront village is situated on a peninsula bound by a public beach on the Bay with 3 deep-water marinas and miles of waterfront lots on the Little Manatee River.  This resort community offers single-family residences with an Anglo-Caribbean flair and a Village Center with resort-style amenities.  The Village Center is made up of traditional mixed-use buildings and live-work townhouses lining the street with parking behind.  A Village Green terminates the main commercial street providing an open space for community gatherings overlooking the beach.  A Beach Club with a restaurant is the landmark building anchoring the downtown along with other amenities including the Yacht Club and River Club.
