Sanctuary is a 300-acre new town in Salado, Texas on I35 north of Austin. Inspired by old world Europe the town center is a fine grained network of narrow streets and lanes anchored by a major indoor music venue, amphitheater, meditation chapel, luxury hotel with restaurants and shops. The town spreads out along canals (thing Bruges) into 2 neighborhoods around village greens with fountains and pavilions.
